Books, Courses and Videos

Welcome! Our books, courses, and videos are designed to support you in between sessions if you are actively in psychotherapy, or as a way of nurturing yourself if therapy is not possible right now.

These offerings are not the same as mental health treatment, which provides the option to have a counselor deeply attuned to what you need as an individual. Nonetheless, we hope they offer language, tools, and techniques to nurture and empower you on your healing journey.
