Cognitive Processing Therapy

An evidence-based treatment designed to be completed in 12 - 14 sessions. Includes a full psychological assessment and recommendations, and follow up sessions designed to help you better understand how your beliefs about safety, trust, power & control, esteem and intimacy have been impacted by a stressful or traumatic event. Learn skills for challenging beliefs that may be keeping you stuck in a cycle, re-living past pain.

"I kept having nightmares about work. I'd worked as an EMT for years, and I was damned good at it. But then I witnessed something terrible happen to a little boy. And that little boy was the same age as my little boy. I couldn't get it out of my mind, even in my sleep. I started to struggle at work, and I felt awful about myself.
